Love the purple mountains under a blue moon.

I love the feeling of quick brush strokes capturing the movement of the moon like a bubble floating in the wind , changing shape, before it finally disappears.

Hey! Your river is green, just like here in Kentucky! That’s so very cool. I too love the brush strokes, the energy and the little hut makes me want to crawl inside.

Thank you all. I did enjoy the play with colors this time, not my usual traditional “what I see”!

I feel like if I were sitting in that hut I would be able to hear the sounds of the rushing river and somehow, if I listened closely enough, the sky, the moon and the mountains also have something to say. Good movement.

I want to go to this place in your painting! I want to sit on the porch of that little shack and just watch the river move by me. Nice work girlfriend. (and that green river does remind me of what my pool looked like a few months ago. lol)

All this talk about green water, you silly artists, I put a touch of blue interference on the river in the bottom left cornor!
Besides, what other color could it be, afterall? Brown?

Beckie this gallery really shines and shows the love we each have within us. Since the Mistress has the porch seat I shall take up my walking stick and “ford” the river to the Mountain view of the Moon. Have I been here before?….no methinks it was at the end of your road less traveled up and over the hills into the Mountains!

your painting has it own gravitational pull…the colors, the brush strokes, the soft rhythm…. very enchanting!
