From Max‘s :
“When I found out that this theme was “no theme” I let my imagination run wild. My alien landscape is what happened. On this planet there is a light green moon (that’s the bigger one) and a tiny light blue moon. The sky is really red and the sun is a fiery orange and yellow. You can see the fire on the sun, but it won’t burn your eyes if you look right at it. There is a nice place to play between the dark purple trees. The blue and purple mountains have light purple snow on them and it smells like grape kool-aid. On this planet people can fly, play and dance without ever getting tired. It’s a fun world with lots of things to do and see.”
Max is the 10 year old Challenge protégée.

Sir Max. How absolutely wonderful your mind works. So as not to burn your eyes and smelling Kool Aid. This place between the Purple trees is where I want to be if you’ll sit awhile with me. Love this.

Count me in, I love the smell of grape cool aide. Your description of a true place of peaceful times come through clearly with your painting. Young Max, you are a master.

Max, this is wonderful. I used to visit that planet but haven’t been there in a long time. I think it is time to go back. Hope to see you there!
Great job, love the diptych.
