From Arti Chauhan in regards to Lala:
“Lala is the younger brother of my husband and lives in his native village with his parents. He is Autistic and 35 years old. Owing to circumstances, he couldn’t continue his education beyond fifth standard. His autism involves a restrictive and repetitive behavior which does not allow a person to lead an independent life. God, however, has given him something in return– a talent to paint! Art has been his constant companion and over the years he has accumulated a lot of drawings and paintings which are scattered all over his room. Lala isn’t able to host his own website, so I decided to create a blog for him and share Lala and his work with you. It brings a smile to his face and I welcome you to visit it. His blog is called ‘Unsung Painter.’

In regards to ‘The Unicorn‘ This is one of Lala‘s new paintings. He did this on his recent trip to Delhi. The flying unicorn in the vast open skies…so many possibilities…

How perfect and keen the and most importantly the stroke of the brush given as a gift to us here and now! How easily overwhelmed one becomes when taken out of their enviroment and the fact that this young artist gives such an uplifting artwork makes me bow in respect to their companion in life who watches over! Arti, love to you both I send!

Such a wonderful gift! We are blessed in ways unseen sometimes. I agree with Sonya, my profound respect.

Bright colors from a bright soul. In the land of fantasy all things are possible, especially unicorns among the stars.
