    Oh Rusty-
This is so photo-real! Really nice work. (And living in So.Calif. fire country- very close to my heart- or worst fear. lol!)

There is nothing I find more exciting and often as beautiful as a full-fledged conflagration of the kind represented in your absolutely marvelous color-combination artwork … unless, of course, the exciting and beautiful fire is barreling down on me.

Oh Wow! I really love this one Rusty — It is so so beautiful. I really love the colors – it truly draws me in.

    William,

There can be such a thin line between exciting & beautiful and terrifying. Sometimes the only difference is that it is happening to someone else and not me. Did we just admit to that?

    Jfay,

I noticed that the color of your candle in this challenge is similar to the two abstract paintings and we both have flames. How amazing is that?

    Thanks Vikki,

This painting was created by pouring paint. I couldn’t do it again for anything. Everything was just right for it to turn out. I’m not mad at it.

I can’t stop looking at this amazing piece .. I love how your paint just smolders, and the flames lick at the line barriers ! Ms. Jfay is right about being drawn in–I feel like a hapless little moth ..
.. is it warm in here ?

I told my friend although abstracts were not my favorite, this one could change my mind! And she said “this isn’t an abstract at all” and I had to agree! It’s brilliant and since you don’t think you could recreate this, be sure to sell it for really big bucks! It’s beautiful!

Your painting looks like it is on fire! I can feel the heat. Beautiful….Acrylic Inks? Where have I been?

When first saw the light hitting it on a warm sunny day was in love with it from all way cross the street. It is as if one walks up from the forest and becomes hypnotized by the advancing firelight that consumes you. The acrylic inks build body to the work told you this was magnificant.
