From Rusty:The images from the center to the left are my dream images.
They come to me in my sleep to reveal certain realities that I
have chosen to ignore when I am awake. The images on the right
are what I knew all along: Even if the hero arrives, he will still be powerless.

Rusty this is magic dreams Shadows, dangers, loving kitty and helping hand. Wonderful ruby dream concept for The Reveal and as always, beautifully rendered.

I can only imagine whether your dreams are comforting or disturbing or both. Hopefully, you, like I, have managed to manipulate many a dream in progress to make what’s initially disturbing turn comforting in the end. All sorts of symbolism here, with which Freud and I are having a field day (yes, please, and thank-you). Thought-provoking to be sure … which is, after all, what a good piece (of artwork) should be, yes? Yes!

Having been special to have seen these different sketches in Rusty’s journal; the reality of the finished work on canvas with the dreamlike quality giving them their own voice prompts me to want to take a closer look at what missed. Your artists eye amazes me Rusty.

I think your title, Rusty, adds to the intrigue. I found myself kind of mesmerized by your background!
