    WoW! Girls…I’m blushing here. LOL

    Thanks so much for your warm words on this piece.

    It is all paper with a few acrylic highlights.

    The papers I used are: found papers, tissue papers, handmade papers. I painted, stained and stamped some of them and I also used papers that I printed from my computer.

    There is also a small image at the top. It is a photograph that I took of an old church in Ottawa while visiting there a couple of years ago.

    My inspiration was mainly the colors and textures of the paper mixed with my passion for mystery, darkness and a curiosity for the occult.

    Hope I don’t scare anyone…

    The neutral color high horizon keeps allows this piece to be well grounded. I do enjoy the color and the textures of this piece. I also enjoyed your blog and the collage work.
