I’m so anxious to read Cheryl’s story that goes with this. I have no doubt she is thrilled to have such an extraordinary illustrator be inspired by it. Beautiful work Ray. Again- no doubt as to why it was snapped up so quickly.

Ray, soft touching reflection to Cheryl’s thought. Find it so marvelous for two folks so far apart on this earth can connect and create in word and art. Clearly this completed the thought because you both felt so strongly about the word. Beautiful.

Hi Sonya, Cheryl’s words are so simple and so beautiful. The kind of words you wish you’d said yourself. The kind of words we’d all like say to the ones we love. Doesn’t Cheryl do it well, though? It was a delight to put a picture to her thoughts.

This is an amazing piece Ray. The most amazing thing about it is; unknowingly, you have captured the colour of her hair perfectly! I have been to the Pond on many occasions. And now, in an abstract sort of way, you shall as well. Your piece hung in a place of honour. Very well done good sir, very well done!
