You just nailed this one. Would that could pluck one of those grapes from your vintage vine!

Do I go to your block first or to the INFERNO…So many CHOICES! Love the way the morning after plays out on these challenges!

Another winner, my dear, especially from my perspective, as someone who has recently been deep “into” wine, trying to find selections to complement the recipes in my soon-to-be-released BACK OF THE BOAT GOURMET COOKING (is that a plug — plonk? — I wonder). And you mean to tell me I’ve been in that milk bath with you and YOUR FIANCE? Something definitely kinky — Whooop! Whoop! — about that, if I do say so myself.

Awesome~ such a wonderful “stylish” sun! Wine country sunshine for sure!!

Wow, Vicki – this is so beautiful as is all of your work. Love the pairing of the sun with the grapes.

    Hi Sonya,
Thanks. These little suns are a lot of fun to do once we get into them. Lots of direction we can take as apparent by our gallery.

The show seems to do a lot of segments on wineries through out the world-so I thought I do one specific to that and see if they pick it.

    Hi William,
Thanks. These littel stylized pieces are fun to get in to. And you can plug your books all you want on the Challenge. That’s why it’s here.

And I should have said Johnny was ‘one’ of my future husbands. I hope you like Calif. Wine, William, because I plan to change YOUR life, my future husband #2. Then you’ll be writing another book on the fun life of a polygamist .

    Hi Linda,
These sun faces really make us stretch huh? With a theme like this we have no frame of reference to look at and say …’Yep. That’s what it should look like!’ It comes completely from our imagination. They’re fun but they’re hard to do also.

    Hi Heather,
Everytime I do one of these sun art pieces I always think ..”Maybe I should have done ..this or that’ afterwards. Grapes have been on my mind since last years Sun Art theme.

    Vikki,
Delightful-The old proverb says it all – “Good wine needs no bush”, need I say more?

    Thanks Gail

I love your sun Vikki. They’ll definitely be saving it for a yummy wine segment – it’s perfection :)

Thanks Karin. I’m so excited this morning that our SECOND Challenge artist’s work aired on Easter Sunday. It’s been less than a month that I mailed the package to them. That’s mind blowing.

I thought this theme gallery was a gorgeous collection and I know it will bring traffic to everyone and our site. Wheeeeewhoooo!
