Can you say Companion Piece. Ray, love the dreamlike quality of the story telling you’ve done.

This is so clever. You’ve really created movement within the piece.

You can say companion piece, I think. The pictures weren’t necessarily painted as a set, but they do sit well together. Thanks Sonya and thanks Vikki. One of the reasons I liked this theme so much is because of the storytelling element. I just love how an artist can capture the narrative in a frozen moment.
I was quite pleased with Puck, I have to say, based him on my ex-mother-in-law.

His spiked redhair tells it all. What a wee devil. The lovers settled in beneath him while he waves his magic. Pure poetry Ray.

This reminds me of the Salvado Dali’s illustrations for Dante’s Inferno.
Almost stopped my heart…I had to go and put my finger in the light socket.

Rusty, am laughing……have never heard this before. Your right on with the Dali’s illustrations …am still laughing. This piece is just so perfect for the theme and enjoy coming back to view it more.

Wow…what a perfect and impression-making portrayal! And, Ray, as always I am just as taken with your background. Amazing.
