It is the womb we’d all like to withdraw back into at times. I really like the warm tones you so easily work with Dana. Beautiful.
I’m also SO intrigued with these oval and round canvases you use. I’ve got to try one. Whole different method of designing your layout.

Dana, good to see your work again. This piece is wonderful in its presentation. The “glimpse” in a private moment of resignation that must be embraced. Congratulations

I’m waiting for the emerging.
Those hands are beautifully painted.

Just shows what you can do with an egg! You know, this is how I very often feel, like I’m waiting to emerge. I can’t decide if I’m an optimistic pessimist, or a pessimistic optimist. For me your painting is optimistic – who knows what tomorrow may bring?

Dana, I love this. I once did a piece of a woman emerging from an egg shell…..it was the start of something wonderful in my life.
I love the hands too. They remind me of wings slowly unfolding. Beautiful!
