This is such a pretty series that you’ve been doing of fall colors and leaves.
Your little description is so true but also a bit of a sad reality. The people who are suppose to love us the most, sometimes are the most critical. Strange irony of human nature.

I painted this as part of the “Fallen Series”
The twist to the family situation, is how desperately we seek to be remembered. In my own, I am remembered for not showing up to be remembered. What irony in that.
