Lauren am lost within the maze of negative and positive spaces. Am I above looking over or lost within the matrix of 01001001, portals of dwellings. Wonderful work!

Complicated is so RESTLESS! Wonderful submission for this theme! And that twisting turning details in the buildings in the background. The shading and depth they take on is just fantastic. It draws you in, under and around! I just keep on staring at it. Really, really beautiful piece Lauren!

Forgive my imposing point of reference. Where I live in the Ohio Valley, Native Americans had made effigy mounds and burial mounds. Your painting reminds me of an arial map that might be of one. I like it….

A wonderful labyrinth of line and color, open to so many interpretations as suggested by previous comments. Can’t wait to see some more of your work. And aren’t things always complicated?!!!!!

Lauren, I am drawn by the richness of color and each time I look, the shapes seem to have shifted!
