Have to admit, snuck, sneaked (went and took a peek at your blog) in search of this beauty. Such an atmosphere you create Ray. The story fit perfectly- how appropriate the use of the emotion-Love

I adore the shift in the background. It suggests the altered state of mind or another dimension of being ( moons in orbit, I know we’re not here anymore)
She is lovely.

Ray, This is my all time favorite of your work. It is stunning, and she is beautiful. I agree with Rusty, the dimensional background gives it a whole different perspective….this will be a quick sale if it hasn’t already been sold!

Thank you all. I just love Sunday mornings when I can wake up and come and look at all the wonderful pictures posted in the gallery while I’ve slept. I will shortly take a visual stroll through the work and leave my own comments. For now, thank you Sonya; I haven’t posted this on my blog yet, I’m a bit slow and unpredictable where organization is concerned. The painting is, for me, all about love, whether it’s love for others or for our own inner-Self. It is also about those occasional escapes into fantasy we all take as artists, that private, other dimension we call our own, which brings me to Rusty’s comments; hit it in one, Rusty, the imagery is in fact referring to this other state of mind and being, the three moons being part of the device. And Gail, thank you so much, she is quite lovely, how could we resist that “come on in you might like it,” look?
It’s another world, and you’ll get there through your secret window.

So intricate and gorgeous Ray. Took my breath a way when I first saw it. Every time I look at I see something different…like the refraction of the background in the circular elements behind her. Outstanding!

Ray, this is also my VERY favorite of yours and I am loving it more each time I look. The colors…everything. Really more than words can fully express!

Sonya, thanks, how could I ask for more. I’m glad the painting cheers you. Funny how seeing lots of my pictures still hanging on the gallery wall depresses me… just joking. Thank you.
Vikki, you liked it then?
Sarah, thanks. Art is one of the greatest forms of communication we have, we can say things without using words. I thank you very much.
