From Riika: “Every twist and turn in life
make you find the
courage and strength to
move on and smile.
The light that shone upon you
will let you see what is ahead
Don’t ever let the warmth fade away
As the flowers and butterflies will
celebrate your victory of a lifetime…”

I’m so glad you joined our gallery. I had no idea you were so multi-talented. Beautiful work and I love the sweet eyes. Great energy to the piece.
**Riika is a very talented published writer/poet. She comes to us from Singapore (How cool is that?!) and a member of our writers challenge, Inferno.

Thank Vikki for giving me this opportunity to be able to paint something again but this time using Photoshop
. And glad you all enjoy it! =P
Oh yes, I may be a very “dark” person but not my artwork, art is supposed to be a colorful thing and I definitely won’t let it go down just black and white XD~
I would actually love to say that portraying my life as one such in this artwork, never giving up even if you encountered problems and things happened in life, there is always a “light”, be it the warmth that had embraced you or someone who had supported you will always be there for you towards the end. Don’t forget and went on forward with everything, everyone will be waiting for sure
~

This is delightful in design & color. The face is adorable. Everything in this makes me think of the word “hope” and the “light” that hope can give.

Riika, I agree with your words and your sun really portrays them perfectly, while the colors interact playfully
