A fit for this theme as both the scene portrayed and the metaphor for my career that inspired the piece. The scene is self-evident, the metaphor not as clear. I completed this piece in the spring of 2010, and I put into it every single criticism of my body of work I had been hearing for 19 years at the time (even carrying it into the title). It was by embracing all that negativity and just going with it that I found the final piece of motivation I needed to seriously pursue turning Impossible Fantasy Studio into a reality.
