From Riika: Two years ago, Dayana (Tributes of Sonia Editor) and I had created a project of creating our alter ego selves and drawing them out as a stick-girl figures to highlight things and events that happened in our lives. We haven’t been doing it since we are tied down with a lot of work ever since the second year of our tertiary college years until now. And it was a really great opportunity to be able to bring Celestyna and Delilah back to live with new hair styles and fun with the Artist Challenge and The Inferno: A Writer’s Challenge latest theme “The Joke”. Both Celestyna and Delilah were made for comedy and our daily lives, and guess what? They are back once again!

Credits goes to Dayana for the drawings of Delilah in this artwork.

THIS IS SO MUCH FUN! Of course I got to see it large so I know what it’s about- but I waited to read your written submission on Inferno. I’m off to read that right now.

Reading you submission on the Inferno make this piece mean so much.

On the artwork, I think you were clever to mix up the little alter egos on each character.

A master of the digital! I’m still on CS2 and my Wacom has given up the ghost. A beautiful piece done with skill and charm.

Riika, I agree and I think your composition decisions are always impressive.
