This piece came to fruition from great pain & emotional stress when we learned that our son would need even further eye surgery. At first it was designed in clears, reds & whites; but the finished product looked even more raw than my feelings at the time.

I don’t know how it applies itself to this theme, I only know that at the time I wished I could escape the situation in reality….perhaps disappear into imagination as our Quixotic Don……
