Suns by the way......

Have to tell you, for the bulk of this year,  I  was really concerned our 2011 Sun Art Submissions may not have been put in the shows ‘graphics library.’   (Remember I used to be a television editor and I KNOW how easy things can get lost in an edit bay!)  I always send a thumbnail sheet of all images for the editor's quick reference and then our on-air images on DVD.  Makes it easy and quick to load.

At the first of the year, the CBS Producer called to say hello and thanks.  She said she’d gotten everything and loved all - yet I didn’t see squat on air for the FIRST SIX MONTHS of the 20 some odd images we had submitted for 2011!   As of July, I couldn’t stand it any longer! I wrote the producer, ’Are you sure our DVD was entered into your library?”  She assured me everything had been entered.

Finally in October some of our 2011 suns went to air!    We’ve actually had 11 national airing in 2011 - many of which were our earlier 2010 (even one 2009)  sun art submissions.

Anywho- Congratulations to all. It’s been a good sun art year despite the worries.
