NEWS ALERT.... Just got notice from one our member:

A man going by the name of Dale Adams is CURRENTLY attempting to scam artists by pretending to buy their work. He professes to be a "marketing executive" on his way to India on business. He states that he's  moving to the UK and wants art for his new "digs."

He then tells you that his shipper will come to your house and pick up the work after he sends you a certified cheque. He sends more funds than the price of your painting and request you send the difference back.    (Hello?  Roll Eyes   He's not going for the paltry difference in funds. This is how he gets your bank account information and cleans you out.)

He has been officially listed on Google as an active art scammer.  Interpretation- HE'S A THIEF, BAD GUY, SCUM BUCKET ! One of our members has already had contact with him

Please be aware he could contact you using a different name or story.  Check your online contacts.  If you don't know how to check for scammers, contact us here at the Challenge and we will check them out for you.

Here is one quick reference for current scammers and guess who's name is at the top of the list?

You know the rules. Never EVER accept a 'check' from an online contact.  Never supply personal information about yourself or bank accounts. If any online contact requests to transfer funds into your bank accounts- THE ANSWER IS 'NO WAY!'   Be assured- it's a scammer.

Get your PayPal set-up!  Pay Pal will cut them off at the knees before they ever contact you.
