And I have eight days to do it, so "Shade Tree", "Obelisk", "Geometric Buildup", "Rear Window", and "Why Is Caution Tape Yellow?" are all available for auction on ebay for up to 75% off. Seller ID is impossible_fantasy4custom_art. I literally CAN'T mark these down any lower and still get to New York.

Did I also mention that if I end up not making that appearance a bench warrant goes out for my arrest? I'd really rather not get thrown in jail for being broke (especially after working this hard for weeks on end to try to NOT be broke), so please help any way you can. I only have until this coming Friday if I'm going to make it there by Monday the 21st for the hearing.

And in case all of that doesn't sound desperate enough, if that warrant goes out for my arrest, a speeding ticket will get me arrested, thrown in jail, shipped to New York for incarceration there until the hearing finally happens, at which point I will be immediately released having faced the hearing the court will assume I'm trying to skip. When that happens, I will be stuck in New York with no money, no car, no job, and nowhere to live. "But Lelan, what if you turn yourself in after the warrant goes out to catch a free ride to New York to clear your name?" Still ends with me being released into thin air and no net.

Also  I’d post them on eBay at ‘best offer’ and eBay also has a free ad that I’ve gotten some activity from. And your a member of LinkedIn. They also have a free ad.

Thanks for the info, Vikki. I have them listed at literally the lowest prices I can and still make the trip... I have to get my cell phone and insurance paid back up before I head out for obvious reasons. The rest is gas money and food; no hotel stays- I'm not opposed to sleeping in my car in a truck stop parking lot (like I've never done THAT before). If someone out there thinks $300 is too much to pay for a hand-painted, fully light-reactive, 2 1/2 ft by 8 ft triptych that I put 63 hours of my life into creating for their viewing pleasure (even not withstanding the karma implications involved), then I'm not about to drop the price any to appease them just for a sale that will still mean I don't get to make the trip.
Sorry about the rant. Thanks again for the info. I'll start working it.

I'm sure it's awful going through all this Lelan-- but believe it or not, someday your kids will say "My Dad did this for me because he loves me.'  Kiss

Thanks, Vikki. I've post ads on a few of the links you suggested. No feedback yet, but some of my other efforts are finally starting to bring people in to my website with rave reviews, so hopefully soon, some of that will turn into sales.
