My logic tells me it isn’t real,
so why then ‘scared’ do I feel?

A dark shadow moves on the wall,
but no one  is  standing in the hall.

Things that bump and eyes that glow,
terrifying things …I don’t want to know.

Now I lay me down to sleep,
protect me from  things …that  creep.

CONGRATULATIONS go out to our own RUSTY HARDEN. Rusty is the winner of
“The 2011- OLIVE BOYD AWARD.” (The painting Rusty submitted was originally created for this Challenge gallery “My so called life” and CAN BE SEEN HERE.)

The Themed Juried Art Exhibit is in memory of artist ‘Olive Boyd’ and presented to the artist who’s work has the strongest narrative and design elements. The exhibit’s subject was “It’s My Life.” Rusty’s painting was so emotionally provocative one viewer was brought to tears. You’re our shinning star, Rusty.
